Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light demand and moderate offerings. Select
and Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to weak. Beef trimmings 
sharply lower on light demand and heavy offerings.

11/14- Daily New York Eggs
Medium egg prices are 2 cents higher while heavier weight eggs remain
unchanged. The undertone is steady to higher. Supplies are light to moderate.
The New York shell egg inventory is 21% less than last Monday. Demand is
moderate to instances good. Offerings are light to moderate. Market activity
is moderate to active.
