Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to firm on moderate to fairly good demand and
heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin cuts steady to firm.
Choice chuck cuts weak while Select firm. Beef trimmings mostly sharply higher
on moderate to good demand and light offerings.

01/15 - Daily New York Eggs
Prices are 1 cent higher for Extra Large and Large, 2 cents higher for
Medium. The undertone is steady to firm. Supplies are mostly moderate.
The New York shell egg inventory is 14% lower than last Monday. Demand
into all channels is moderate. Offerings are light to moderate. Market
activity is moderate.
